Our service standards
- You will be greeted with a smile when you arrive.
- The person greeting you will give their name.
- You will be addressed by your name when spoken to.
- The procedure for testing the vehicle will be explained
to you.
- Your vehicle will be tested within ten minutes of your
appointment time.
- All work will be done by skilled technicians.
- You will be given information to read about the emissions
standard.
- Your vehicle’s test results will be explained
and your questions answered to your satisfaction.
- You will be informed about delays, unexpected events
or unexpected problems.
- If your vehicle needs repair work, and we cannot do
it, we will refer you to a workshop that has the necessary expertise
and equipment.
- Telephone calls will be answered within three rings.
- The person answering will always give their name.
- Your phone message will be answered within two working
hours.
- Your email will be answered within four working hours.
